WRISTBAND
To enter the venue, all ticket/pass holders must exchange their tickets or passes for an official festival wristband at the entrance.
Wearing the wristband is mandatory throughout the festival. The wristband is personal and non-transferable, and will be provided and attached by the festival organizers.
It is essential that participants keep their wristbands in good condition to maintain their right of access to the venue. Failure to comply with these rules will result in loss of access.
The wristband must remain on until the end of the event; otherwise, the wearer will lose access to the venue.
Once worn on the wrist, tickets and wristbands cannot be exchanged or returned.
Under no circumstances may the wristband be handed over instead of being placed on the ticket holder by the organizers.
You can request an invoice for all amounts loaded onto your wristband at LISB-ON 2026. The invoice will be issued upon exit, at the top-up station, after your purchases have been tallied to calculate the applicable VAT rate. If you do not wish to request an invoice on-site, you may request the document up to the 3rd day after the event (July 7, 2026).
To request an invoice, please send an email to info@lisb-on.pt, including your tax ID number and the code on the back of the wristband so that we can calculate your charges. Requested invoices will be sent by July 14.
Any unclaimed items held in custody until the end of the festival, on Sunday, July 4, 2027, at 3:59 a.m., will be donated to the organizations designated annually by the Lisbon City Council (CML)—Casa dos Animais and CRAS.
