  • Where can I buy my ticket?

    Two-day passes and single-day tickets can be purchased on the LISB-ON.pt website, at the usual points of sale, or at the ticket booth at the venue entrance on the days of the event. Children 14 and under are admitted free of charge. We are not responsible for tickets purchased from third parties not affiliated with the LISB-ON organization.

  • What is the minimum age for entry?

    Children under the age of 3 are not permitted on the premises. Children 14 and under are admitted free of charge when accompanied by an adult. Please also note that current law expressly prohibits the sale of alcohol to anyone under the age of 18.

  • Are there any restrictions on entering the premises?

    Items that the organizers may deem dangerous or that are prohibited by current regulations are not permitted (see the list of prohibited items below). Professional photography and filming equipment, as well as helmets, are also not permitted on the premises. Children under the age of 3 are not permitted on the premises.

  • Can I bring food or drinks into the venue?

    Food and/or beverages are not permitted inside the venue. However, there are a variety of food trucks and bars available. Exceptions, such as pregnant women, children, and those with severe dietary restrictions, among others, are subject to review at the venue entrance.

  • What payment methods are accepted on site?

    LISB-ON is a cashless festival, so purchases made on the festival grounds must be paid for by loading your wristband. Any payment method (except meal cards) is accepted at the following locations:

    -Official designated locations for wristband distribution.

    -Mobile payment stations where staff members move between stages. In this case, only electronic payments are accepted.

  • I lost my ticket / my ticket was stolen. What should I do?

    In the event of lost or stolen physical tickets, the refund policies of the ticket issuer should be consulted. For digital tickets, the organization can issue a new ticket.

  • My ticket isn't in my name. Is it still valid?

    Yes, however, the organization is not responsible for tickets purchased from third parties not affiliated with LISB-ON.

  • What time is the last admission?

    Until 2:00 a.m.

    Holders of Early Entry tickets must enter the venue by 5:30 p.m. Otherwise, the full ticket price will be charged.

  • Is the festival accessible to people with limited mobility?

    Due to the layout of the Jardins Keil do Amaral grounds, accessible entry is available only to the Garden Stage.

  • Prohibited Items

    All types of weapons;

    Blunt, sharp, and piercing objects;

    Projectiles (glass bottles, cans, cell phone batteries);

    Alcoholic beverages, syringes, and narcotics;

    Oversized luggage;

    Flashlights and lasers;

    Messages that are xenophobic or incite violence;

    Chairs of any kind;

    Explosive and pyrotechnic materials;

    Umbrellas or sun hats;

    Professional cameras and selfie sticks;

    Bottles, cans, and glasses (not plastic);

  • Is there a coat check on the premises?

    Yes. We have a coat check available for clothing only. Helmets and suitcases must be left at the entrance to the venue.
